Please fill out the form below. I typically respond within a day. During our consultation call, I will ask you questions about your body and lifestyle and determine whether we are a good fit for one another. Should we proceed, we will secure your deposit for your first session.
Yoga clients: In our first session I will evaluate your physical fitness, range of motion, and movement patterns. From there, we will practice a few introductory poses, guidelines, and breath work to give you tools for practicing on your own. Should we proceed with future lessons, our time together will be designed for your body and lifestyle at a time that is convenient for you.
Coaching clients: After our initial consultation, you will be given a Vision Sheet in which you will spend some time writing and visualizing your goals and bottom line results. In our program, you and I will then break these down into customized, achievable steps where I will provide support, accountability, and recommendations. I will also provide you with handouts, books, and personal gifts to deliver a special, intimate and metamorphic experience.
